Brightside is your own private playground in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. From the lounge of this luxury cottage, a wide bi-fold door opens to a quiet fenced garden with decking, patio and lawn leading to your own landing stage. Beyond that, the endless meandering backwaters of the Broads reach all the way to the sea.

For playful family groups or collections of like-minded friends, Brightside epitomises the carefree mood of a Broads holiday. Here, time stands still, laughter fills the air, the everyday world fades to a distant memory.

For all its quiet seclusion, Brightside is at the centre of life. The pub, restaurants, and shops of lively Wroxham are no more than five minutes' walk away. Or you could row to the pub – just for the fun of it. It takes longer of course, but so what? No one's looking at the clock. Which is why you might as well stop for an hour's fishing along the way. If your trip takes all day, you'll count it as one of the happiest days of your life.

A luxury cottage and a base for adventure

Everything that Norfolk has to offer is within reach of Brightside. Trouble is, this little slice of heaven is hard to leave. The lounge is made for communal games and the kitchen encourages everyone to pull together for a celebratory meal. Why spend time elsewhere when life is so comfortable and so effortless here? With ramped access and a ground-floor double room, even your least mobile elderly relatives can share the fun of this family holiday.

However you spend your day, the way you end it is much easier to predict. You'll all be out on the decking together, cocktails in hand, catching up on the day's news, swapping adventures, and watching the sun dip slowly behind the rooftops and boathouses of Wroxham. Those happy evenings are not so far away. They're yours when you choose your dates from the calendar below.
