See all five of our Wroxham riverside holiday cottages

Waterside Retreat is an escape from the ordinary world – your own luxurious private playground on the Norfolk Broads. Here it's all about laughter, games, water and shared adventures. From your splendid communal lounge and adjoining conservatory, the Broads beckon.

At every opportunity you'll spill out on to the wooden decking and your private mooring basin for a spot of fishing, a Swallows and Amazons adventure by rowing boat, or a journey of discovery through the hidden backwaters of the river Bure by hired boat. Everything you could wish for is on your doorstep, including the shops, pub, and restaurants of Wroxham, no more than a five-minute walk away.

A luxury cottage for a lifetime of memories

Memories take shape at Waterside Retreat. Old friendships are renewed; new ones, forged. For large family groups or gatherings of like-minded friends, Waterside Retreat is a carefree break from the routine of life – a chance to be yourself among the people you love.

Even when you fill Waterside Retreat with 11 boisterous holiday-makers, it never feels crowded. There's space in this luxury cottage for everyone. The lounge alone is big enough to swallow the liveliest crowd of diners, jokers and story-tellers. Peace returns once they've scattered into small groups in the kitchen, the conservatory, and the children's den.

Variety is what makes Waterside Retreat such a popular destination. Some days you'll want to wander farther afield – to discover what this peaceful corner of  Norfolk and the Broads has to offer. On other days, you'll want nothing more than good food, silly games and shared laughter. And long, leisurely evenings watching the sun go down to the sound of lively conversation and the chink of glasses.

Those days are closer than you think. Choose your dates from the calendar below and they'll be locked into our diary and yours.
